TERMS OF SERVICE

It is assumed that all my customers have read the TOS and agreed on all conditions before ordering a commission.

I have the right to deny a request for a commission if I see fit to do so.

All commissioned work done by me will be credited on all platforms it's used on.

If you do not want your art to be posted, then I take +100% payment;

I retain original copyright and ownership of the art, which includes advertising, and displaying the work on my websites, social media, and portfolios.

I can stream the process or post WIPs of the commission on any social media. If you haven't revealed your OC/model yet and would like to keep it a secret, I'm happy to wait till after the model is revealed to post artwork, just let me know.

I take 100% payment after the sketch is approved.

Payment via Boosty/Hipolink.

Payment must be made within 48 hours of the conclusion of the agreement. Otherwise the slot will be freed.

Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

At the sketch stage, all edits are free.

At the line stage I accept 3 free edits. Other edits are available for an additional fee.

I do not accept edits at the painting and rendering stage.

I won't change my style.

I will always try to complete commissions within 1 month from the starting sketch.

Urgent work is +50% of the original cost.
